I was thinking about investing little bit in Bitvest but it's so far not really clear for me. Don't understand how the margin/multiplier works and what you have to fill in. Hope anyone can explain it to me so I understand what I am doing.
With a margin of 1, you would lose 2.7% of your investment if someone has made a max bet and hit the highest multiple in the row.
With a margin of 5, you would lose 13.5% of your investment if someone has made a max bet and hit the highest multiple in the row.
With a margin of 0.25, you would lose 0.675% of your investment if someone has made a max bet and hit the highest multiple in the row.
In short, with a higher margin, you will have a higher risk and a higher potential profit/loss.
Correct, the margin is simply a multiplier for how big you want your investment to pretend to be. For example, a margin of 5 would mean any losses/gains seen by your investment would be increased by 5, because the site treats your investment as if it were 5x as large.
Higher margin: Higher risk, higher reward (aggressive)
Lower margin: Lower risk, lower reward (conservative)
