I seriously warn you of Cryptopia! They hold my coins back for more than a week and do not pay out.

Edit: Here the data in the corrected format:

What happened:
Withdrawal 37468: 1340 Prototanium - 10/19/2015 - not received.

Ticket 4087 (10/19/2015) - Closed by admin with answer, they have new ticket (4106), no solution offered in this ticket.

Ticket 4106 (10/20/2015) - Only one answer (10/20/2015)-->  Say they have a problem, but do not go into the concrete details of the problem. Say I should wait. I replied, asked if there is any progress, but no answer!

Scammers Profile Link:
https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/

Reference Link:

No link.

Internal Tickets #4087 + #4106 @https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/

Amount Scammed: 1340 Prototanium (worth on 10/19/2015 0.26 BTC ~68$)

Payment Method:

Proof of Payment:

Additional Notes: Even if there is a a real technical problem, they should give detailled answer and solve the problems faster. Lost anyway money, cause it was blocked over 1 week. I can not accept this bad support!

Seemed to be legit to me and is a rising star of some alternative altcoin scenes! It's an exchange, mining-pool and marketplace.

Since you don't quite seem to understand crypto currencies I will answer you here since you fail to grasp the concept in the support tickets.

Maybe some users here can help explain to you how crypto works and the confirmation process.

The withdrawal was sent fine:

Id           User           Currency   Amount           Status   Timestamp                   TxId                                                                                                   Conf.
37468   Solarsword   PR           1340.19450487   Complete   10/19/2015 8:09:45 AM   1b2e92fced1c6eb62e3613eeee09a9932eefa2f9d013b58813754e5f5774a264   0

Unfortunately the PR network is dead, No blocks have been found for 16 days so nothing is moving this transaction (the day you made the withdraw).

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pr/

Once miners start mining this coin new blocks will be created and this transaction will be included in the next block and it will arrive at its destination.

We are unable to control the PR network so not much we can do to speed this up.

So like we have tried to explain in multiple support tickets this is a NETWORK issue, we have not stolen you PR coins, we don't want you PR coins, what on earth would we benefit from taking a few PR coins.

I suggest reading up on how crypto works so you don't run around calling people scammers when you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

Selective scamming, hmmm. They pick the high rollers to scam then  Huh
Then it would be too difficult to plead a solid case. They pay some and just have excuses such as saying that there are delayed payments to the others that they deem good enough to do this too.

Or perhaps the fact the coin he is trying to send is dead is the reason the coins have not arrived yet.
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pr/

We have tried to explain this for close to 3 weeks but the user clearly does not understand the whole transactions inside blocks thing

Solution: Fired up a miner; Create a block; Transaction moved; Turn off miner. If this is too complicated, then read the 314 page white paper on how to do the exact same thing. HAHAHA

So I have to go purchase a miner now to move this users transaction or Im a scammer.

How about no. How about he contact the coin dev to do this or he does it himself, you really cant expect exchange sites to do this for every dead coin.

So please to all, register how they are talking to their customers!

So many fake bullshit on this forum, I give up, this fag will get his coins when he tries to solve the problem himself.

Must be a reputable company.   Grin  Grin

Customers are fags for cryptopia!

If you are trading at cryptopia, you will alway be fags or idiots... that's the way they are talking to their customers!

Customer, the Cryptopia wants you to solve your problems yourself. They do not payout coins and say, solve your problem yourself!

What a nice support. How gentle and helpful!   Grin

It's not a customer-oriented company! But ok, make your own experience with these scammers. You will regret it!

I suggest you stop whining around and read what that guy told you.

Can't you just install the freakin wallet, enable generation of coins (PoS/PoW, no idea what algorithm that coin uses) and mine the block yourself?

As I read it, it's really not the fault of the exchange. And some users are really annoying, so no wonder they aren't always polite and friendly.

Yes, I did.

But they didn't send any transaction! IMO it's a fake transaction, never seen on the network!

Ok, but in this case it is the fault of the exchange!

If they say, they have sent the transaction, and I say, they have not sent the transaction, THEY have to prove, they have sent!

But they haven't sent. There is no such transaction on the networt!

There is NO TRANSACTION 1b2e92fced1c6eb62e3613eeee09a9932eefa2f9d013b58813754e5f5774a264 seen on the network!

It's a fantasy number!
