I can tell you my place of business gave them away for free last year, and I gave mine away dismissing it as useless at the time.   Recently I acquired another one from a friend who didn't use his.   Now I have the Surge (top end fitbit watch)  and I'll be giving away my fitbit to a family member.   So I would assume Qwiddle got all of these in the same way.   Fitbit is trying to get a good market share and they have been doing these deals with companies for a while it seems.

I agree. I did see he was online earlier a bit after my post, maybe later, but never posted.
