And as I understand it 80 million have been given away free and 99.9 Billion are in cold storage. IS that right?
If so I take it when an exchange takes the coin that 80 million will be up for trading.
When do you start dipping in to the coins in cold storage?

It seems to get coins you have to do all that social twittering and facebook  Nah, not for me Ill wait until their on an exchange.

49.8 billion in cold storage...to provide a treasury for the future.  We will use some for software...how much depends on the value placed upon them.  We don't expect more that 100 million in the wild in the foreseeable future.

Cold Wallet-Hot Wallet Accounting

We have 49858906677.68959987 WHY as of this time in the Why Fund Treasury Wallet. This wallet does not stake and is in the deep freeze for future use.

We have Three Hot Wallets on three different computers for near future needs...they contain a total of 62.9 million coins.

It is getting difficult to determine the exact amount in the wild...but it is just under 100 million.

The giveaways and promotional coins will end when the coin goes on an exchange. We will reward for achievement and participation in projects.


The budget plans for up to 250 million coins to be used over the coming year to purchase software...however this could be very much lower, depending on the value the market places on the coin and how much work is done by volunteers.

What is incredible is the fellow has put in many hours of work...and sold out his entire holding to four people for the price of a carton of cheap cigarettes.  The four people are fantastic supporters and participants.  Out twitter account is @whyfund
