BTCROW.com holding my bitcoins and not releasing them

I had an escrow transaction ten days ago and the buyer had authorized to release the funds.  Two days past by and still no signs of my bitcoins (0.5btc) and I sent in an email.  No response, I sent one the following day and finally got a response:

In the next few hours I will send any pending transactions manually but
I need your address confirmation.

I hope you understand that these problems are beyond our control.

That was the last I've heard from them and it's been over a week now.  I had the buyer click on the release funds link a second time and still nothing has been delivered to my wallet.  What is going on??

Finally heard back from them....12 days to finally get my bitcoins.

Dear customer,

Sorry for the delay, we had a problem and did not receive emails, and
our bitcoind server does not work correctly.

I have made the payment manually including the fee as compensation for
the delay.

Due to problems in our bitcoind we have had minor delays. The buyer requested the payment on 22th and was paid on 24th.
 It was not 12 days.

Where? We are the first and the oldest bitcoin escrow. And we've had little problems but no one can say that about us. More than 10,000 transactions without any major problems.
