Is this normal or am I getting scammed?

Probably BitGo waits till it have 6 confirmations as most of website do I guess .
your transaction have 4 5 confirmations and now it's irreversible , so there is no one the sender can scam you . don't worry you will get them eventually .

Look at the date of the first post.   And they already posted the TX ID which was confirmed LONG AGO.
