Little Problem with language selection

Language cant be changed. You can got to preference and try another Language, but all stay englisch. My former version display all in german, there it works. Was 2.3.2 i think

Of cource, i did different testings, try spanisch, english, german, shut down, start again, everything you usually doing in such case. Not sure if i need to do something special.

Anyone has an idea?

well, if its a bug, you can put it on the next ToDo-list.

Windows 7 64-bit, all Updates. I just install it over the former Version and after starting, language was english and stay english. Rest is working proper, can see my balance, have Plugin activ for getting exchangerate, all ok.
