Loan Needed (long term) to build a small bussiness (bitcoin related)

I have a small company in the field of sports clothes, mostly sportswear such as soccer jersey, soccer shoes, soccer themed bags, balls and other accessories. for more information visit my thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1079356.msg11524535#msg11524535

I am thinking to developing this small business further like add bitcoin payment, make a great website, growing the network around the world etc
and now i propose profit-sharing scheme, among others:

1. Money is lent considered as debt and I return in installments within a certain time period (in this case can be discussed, I myself filed a 12-month loan period) and of course interest. generally lending is currently 12% per year, I offer a refund with interest rate of 20% per years.I asked for a grace period has not paid the installment period up to 3 months, after 3 months I will start to pay the mortgage.

2. If you invest 100%, then the profit-sharing can be filed by 40%: 60%. sure The investor would gain greater profits. It is to note if businesses experience the benefits. If not, then all parties, namely me and you will bear together.

i wonder to bring sports, bussiness and bitcoin together currently i need more than 2BTC to develop this.
details below :

website : (domain/hosting etc) = around $100/ year
inventory such as jersey, soccer shoes, soccer themed bags, balls and other accessories = around $400
and a few bucks as unexpected interest lets says $100

Input:  If someone is going to invest 100% of the needed funds, why are you taking a percentage?

An idea alone is worth maybe 10%...

Why i take a percentage? Yes because i want to share a profit later like 40:60 due all busssines activities i will do and investor not, that's why.
Sorry for my bad English if you feel my words confused and complicated.
I'm not going to force anyone to lend me or invest on me, i just ask everyone to read this and think is this kind bussiness deserve get an investment or loan.
And thanks for your opinion that my idea worth 10% i really appreciate.

consider to re-open this partner business offer...
due the bitcoin price is up and down, i will set the amount we need in US dollar. we need atleast $650 to run this business smoothly.
currently i have trouble choosing website bitcoin based , due some service charged a little bit high for bitcoin payment gate + a responsive site.
i also need the funds to gain our product stock.
