Yeah sure you can ask.
I use different software depending the situation.
For 3D Modelling I ussually use 3D Max and for Motion Graphics I use After Effects.
Then some other complementary programs like Photoshop or Illustrator for the graphics for the videos or textures for the 3d models.

Could you give me a quote for a 3d model of a specific car to be ready to use for Element 3D? I will only need it to identify separate regions, I won't need any textures as I'll do it myself. This won't be for commercial use.
