Hello, I currently have just over 2.5 btc. I bought one of the btc a few months ago at 240USD but s***ty VirWox fees made the price 300USD. I felt a bit down because the price was not going above 300USD until recently. So was it a good investment? So far I have invested 1292usd in bitcoin and have 2.6btc. I am thinking to buy some more now. But is it a good time? The price may go down after silk road's bitcoins are auctioned off.

Only time will tell you if you've done a great decision or not. But everything think that price will rise within the next year, so, don't worry and wait until price is at least 1000$ !

Although you are in loss right know, hold on to your bitcoin. The thing is, eventually the price will recover.. and fall.

Make sure you don't your BTC locked by then.

If you buy more now at these prices, your good price will be even better. Whicj looks like you've already done and using localbitcoins too which is better than the extra $60 vig of whatever it was you used before. So good job. *thumbsup.gif

well you paid ~300 per coin and the price right now is about 310 per coin so you're in the clear with a little bit.

wasnt really a great price to buy at, i would have bought when the price was <250
