Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Creative answers but no correct one so far.

They used ants instead of a honeybadger.



This is very close in the concept.. but no cigar
As said above, it should be an Alpaca. Or a pair of alpaca socks, or at least the BTC symbol.

The usage of ants would imply that we are all stupid little drones working for our corporate masters. They are probably right but I would prefer a big panda bear on the cover.

Cryptocurrencies? if the book is all about Mastering Bitcoin it should be cryptocurrency i guess

The book is comparing bitcoiners (us) to ants. This mean that this cover is seeing us as slaves that have no personal feelings and that work for a centralised authority, which can be can be the FIAT system.

On the other hand, if we see positively ants, the cover can tell that we are building strong structures (like ants nests, but here Bitcoin), small fragments by small fragments. Even if this is not something wrong, this is still my analysis of that cover and maybe it can inspire you Wink !

"What is this? A book for ants!?" (Zoolander). Sorry I had to do it.

With that being said, I can only speak of the book cover design since I'm a graphic designer. I know it's part of a series (O'Reilly) and animals are the unifying theme (plus same typography and different colors for each one) but I don't really how ants fit or communicate what Bitcoin is all about.

The way I understand it tries to communicate the skill of growing or accumulating Bitcoin. This is a perfectly valid idea and fits the whole animal theme I mentioned. The problem is the image of hard working ants communicates just that, hard work and a demanding read.

I would've used another animal for sure.

You can't master Bitcoin. Why would you title the book like that?

Bitcoin's economy and lifeforce is always changing, as are all cryptocurrencies. You can never master it because it is constantly dynamically shifting.

Also, ya don't usually see a leafcutter ant holding a stem. Smiley
