Due to that and the rapidly falling price it's considered by many to be a scam, the main issue being whether or not Voxelus is disposing of its premine or not (if it's not, then it's not a scam but rather a poorly organized project).
One thing to note is that if the equity swap happens, if premine disposal did indeed take place that might become apparent due to the number of outstanding coins being too large, resulting in a larger chunk than 1/3 of the company becoming up for grabs during the swap.
Too early to decide one way or another in my opinion, if good news does appear then there's some  potential. Considering how the equity swap was advertised so publicly, I find it unlikely that it will not happen at all.

Hmm, so adding up the first 17 balances yields about 180 million coins. Out of these balances more than 210 million coins have been sent out total. However, they also received over 30 million coins total. The numbers happen to add up exactly: the amount owned by these 17 addresses + amount received by them exactly equals the total amount sent by these 17. Perhaps I'm missing something, but to me that seems to indicate that these 17 could well be the premine addresses, and that the funds were simply sent out between them. There must be another 30 million accounted for in another address/several addresses that sent the coins out. Conclusion: I don't see any evidence of premine disposal aside from the 30 million that should be outstanding. Correct me if I'm wrong.
