I don't see any evidence of premine sell off. 180'ish million coins are held in the first 17 addresses, that's probably the premine.

=> this is incorrect. the 39M address is constantly changing and is sending variable amount of vox to other adresses. 50k here 1,9M there... I've not been following the coin since a long time so I can't send how much was there to begin with but 3 days ago there was 39m now there is only 37M there

Ok, so besides trolls' personal opinion, there is no evidence of premine sell-off.

As for the largest address sending out coins, remember that Voxelus still sells Vox via paypal. It's conceivable that someone is accumulating right now not through Polo or Bittrex but directly through Voxelus. Perhaps that works out to be more efficient if exchange volume is low.
