Cryptsy withdrawn bad

Hello everybody, this thing  surely happens many times, but now I am very angry. Why do they (cryptsy) do that. They kept my btc for their benefit. Let's see this photo, I do 2 withdrawns, the more withdrawn first, after that 1 withdrawn is very little. Affter waiting, the confirm for less withdrawn, more withdrawn is still pending. This is very bad. I will anti this exchange. I have lost lots of money
