Funny, so i open a ticket yesterday, no answer till now, i send email on support email-adress, no answer till now. Where else should i send my request when i never receive any mail???

Betcoin is using BitcoinTalk to promote their business while choosing to ignore multiple scam accusation threads over the past several months.  

The most recent issue involves a player not being paid over 500BTC and betcoin changing their terms and making it seem like they didn't after the fact.

Are you really going to keep asking me to leave this thread so you can continue working to promote this site without being bothered?

But hey, I'll be nice and explain it for you here in case you don't know how to find your way back to my comment.

Betsoft is the software provider who ultimately owes the 500+ BTC bitcoin jackpot.

Betcoin is the casino that has chosen to side with Betsoft rather than the player.  (Bitcasino.io, Vegascasino.io and Sportsbet.io have already removed all Betsoft Jackpot slots, I expect others to follow)

After the player hit ths jackpot, both Betcoin and Betsoft changed their terms without notice to make it seem as if the player had never qualified to begin with.

As the forum rep, all we can say right now is that jasonort has continued to play at Betcoin everyday since his Betsoft issue and we have worked very hard for him on this.  We will always do what is right for our players and there will be more information to follow.  We have not talked publicly about the matter because it just leads to speculation and trolling which is not productive or conducive to progress.  This happened to jasonort and he still plays with us almost everyday.  We would have done the same for all of our great players.  

On another note, our traffic and play has been very solid in all aspects and we want to thank all of your for your support and involvement in our program.  Another stage coming soon!

Well, actually you have talked publicly about it.  On multiple forums in fact.  You were lying then and got caught, so you simply added the rules you made up after Jason hit the jackpot. (see above post) Now you are lying about the fact you ever said anything in the first place.

It would have been awesome for us from a marketing perspective to announce this win, but it is not a jackpot win within Betsoft's rules as it is a free spin and not a max bet paid round according to Betsoft.  The result would have been the same on any other website.  

jasonort has no problem with Betcoin or our handling of the matter and we have attempted to assist him with whatever we can.

Even if you were telling the truth about Jason's feelings and play frequency (you're not) how oblivious can you be to think it's even remotely acceptable for an online casino to speak on behalf of a player publicly and share information about their frequency of casino play?

You did the same thing to me, it's fucked up and unprofessional at best.
