All funds have been returned to investors with their respective ROI.

Hello everyone,

I regret to inform you all that Delta Investments will be shutting down as of January 9, 2016. All investor deposits will be returned within 1 hour of this update, with all accrued revenue. The reason for closing is because the amount of stress and time spent managing investments for other individuals is beyond what I can handle.

Delta Investments has been running for over 4 months, of which returns per week have ranged all the way from 10% to 25%. Yes, the vast majority of money was made from altcoin trading. I don't know why I bothered to put money for cloud mining as sometimes the return for a week of mining is barely over 2%. I kept 25%-50% of earned revenue and paid out the rest (depending on the amount of return).

Did I make money from this venture? Yes I did, and I guess it was worth my time. But the psychological stress of taking risks on the market with money that didn't even belong to me was too much. As you ALL should be aware, NOTHING in life is without risks. What happened if I went long on BitShares with 2.5x leverage at 750 satoshis before it did its 1-minute flash-crash to 400 sats? I would have gotten margin called with investors money and my own, and leave me incapable of paying you guys back. And that is my greatest worry. When something on the market can happen, out of my control and foresight.

For the long run, I realized that Delta Investments would be unsustainable. At one point in the future, there would have been a unintentional screw up that would have left us all in a deep hole. By me returning all deposits asap and closing, I am preventing this from happening.

I really do hope those that invested with Delta Investments are pleased with what returns have been achieved. It actually was made through legitimate sources, not through old deposits as a few critics speculated.
The screenshots I posted were also real, I didn't edit the source or photoshop anything. What I didn't post were the numerous losses on a few investments over the course of the 4 months- but the gains thankfully outweighed the losses.

I would like to remind people to be careful when choosing where to invest their BitCoins. There actually are many ponzi schemes in this forum and elsewhere. I think any rational human being can evaluate what returns are sustainable and what aren't. I guess I have to say that Delta Investments was the lone exception... don't expect other HYIPs to finish off as D.I.

On a final note, I would like to thank everyone for their support. Even the critics that patrol the forums and red-flagged me were doing so in the best interest of the public.

I would like to wish everyone all the best on any future endeavours that may be undertaken.

Delta Investments has had a history so far. This HYIP was started in late August 2015, and has done round-based investment periods for BCT investors (2 rounds). The round-based strategy has now moved to variable investment periods, allowing investors to deposit at any time they wish.

If there is any reason to have a deal with you, it will be because of your membership level and your trust rating.
Can you explain better what you mean by 1,2 and 3 types of investments?

Hey melisande,

1, 2, and 3 basically are the number of weeks an investor can choose to keep their BTC with us for. Like if they pick 2 weeks, Delta Investments will manage their deposit for 2 weeks, and once 2 weeks has passed, their money and profit will be sent to them.

Best,
Adam

General predictions are low because we don't want to over-promise and under-deliver. In reality, the rates are actually between 1-2% based off of current returns on S5 shares, and due to the recent price rise in BTC, rates can even go as high as 3-4% daily (spikes in mining revenue due to low power costs on BTC/USD conversion), but that is generally unsustainable. On certain days, rates can fall as low as 0.25% (but that is when the price of BitCoin tanks below mining profitability at 0.11c/kWh).

For 1, 2, and 3 week investments, they all have the same rate per day, but it allows investors more convenience if they can choose how long they want to keep their BTC with us.

Really, if you bothered to read the bottom of the OP, this has been running since August.

This isn't a Ponzi as every 1, 2, or 3 weeks investors have the entirety of their investments and revenue returned to them. Every month, I will allow a time where there are NO active investments to prove that we are solvent and are not running on older investors' deposits.

I also suggest you remove the unwarranted negative feedback, or I will return the favour and add my opinion to your already-tarnished reputation.

Hi Alex

I see in your other thread that Round 2 lasted three weeks, returning 22.53% from a revenue made up from an 80% investment in cloud mining.
That's pretty impressive ROI. Is it bitcoin mining?
Is that 22.53% return gross, or is it what the punter actually gets after your 50% is taken from the profit?

The 20% in manual altcoin trading is really what brought the revenue percentage to those numbers. I usually leave a small portion of investors' money into renting hashrate and mining new currencies, and then liquidating for a general profit on a small exchange when they get listed.

I didn't take any of the investment revenue into my pocket, due to how small the actual total investment sum was (for both rounds, actually). So for both rounds, the percentages shown were the actual revenue percentages awarded to investors.

Sorry Adam, my bad.  Smiley
That's even more impressive then, with only 20% of invested money working for its living, to return 22.53% on the whole lot implies a monthly Roi of ~150%  Shocked
So it's all shitcoin sorry, alt coin based then?

Altcoins, especially on smaller exchanges such as YoBit are quite volatile, and seeing currencies mark-up by 50%-250% in the span of a day is a usual sight to see (although it is extremely illiquid). I reserve only a tiny portion of investors' funds to altcoin trading because of the risks that come with it. If some of the funds are lost while trading, it could be recouped by cloud mining, due to only a small percentage dedicated to trading.
