It can continue to grow, but i really not sure. TOO much resitances there (trendlines, bollinger, lots of sma's) and bullish volume is too weak. Also death cross daily 50/100 sma is about to happen.

yea its surely much more likely that hes a huge, super rich player manipulating the market... than he just made a call for whatever reason and was right.

jeez.. maybe learn to accept he was right and you were wrong about something? then perhaps one day you'll make it as a trader (hint: successful traders are often wrong and yet they are rich, internet warriors are never wrong and they are poor)

Our market is super tiny compared to the global forex market.  All it takes is one guy who is used to trading 10 times as much elsewhere to come into our market and "experiment" a little.

Totally agree !!  USD are Printed a lot faster than BTC are Generated !  Just this simple fact gives BTC a nice overlook for years to come !

Actually I am bitcoin-less since about half a year. Makes no sense for me atm.
Still have my LTC though.

Besides: If silkroad doesn't come up again it's over anyway.

Don't get me wrong: I still like BTC, just not for (manual) speculation. If it is still around next year in summer I'll accept it for the business I am working on, or if I find the time to write a bot, I'll look at speculation again. Everything else is just not for me.

"Panic buying" might not be an appropriate description, but speculators have been buying a lot of bitcoins lately, including your entire supply.

The panic was palpable.  The price of bitcoin was seriously out of control as the hoards descended on the stricken sellers and demanded to buy all their bitcoins, whatever the price.

The price gained all of 1 to 2%.

It was madness, I tell you.  I'm glad the OP was here to warn us.
