The problem is you only want to receive feedback in private and never improve upon the deficiencies. That's shady at best to throw everything on the backburner. Maybe the forum support should get on the same page as the customer support on Nitrogen.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make it sound like we only want feedback in private. I just meant that if you have questions about specific policies, emailing Support is usually the best way to have them answered. We take all feedback (given publically and privately) incredibly seriously.

I had an issue yesterday and went through the support ticket system as suggested. The person who responded (Paul/Goku) told me that all decisions are at the discretion of the customer support person who made the decision. How can there be any consistency when punishments are subjective and open to bias?

In certain situations, our chat moderators will have to use their own discretion when banning users for violating chat rules. We have standardized the ban times and
rules in chat, however, not all offenses in chat are clear cut. When we receive a complaint from a user regarding chat bans, our support staff will review the chat logs to ensure the chat mods were consistent with their ban times and punishments. I would also like to explain that our customer support staff are separate from our chat mods. They not able to use their own discretion when helping our users with wagering services.
