can't make purchases

I am trying make a purchase with my bitcoins and after i click the pay with bitcoin link on the site it open a second window on armory to the
bitcoin wallet management / enter recipients window on armory. i go to click send it it does nothing, even if you try it repeatedly. What do i do? also when i click make purchase a window poped up that said allow other program to launch i clicked ok and dont show me this message again
