If everyones holding their coins and not putting them out there in the market, that means theres less coin to buy. low supply and high demand means high price, not low. the price is decreasing because the halfing is "almost" here and people are dumping coins thinking this is the highest price they are going to get.

Price will not go down in next 7 days, it will keep on improving day by day so we don't need to worry about it and we can expect higher price in next couple of days.

Stability will not happen for at least a few years. The market is not ready for it. Too many parties hold too many coins which make it interesting and easy for them to pump at will.
