I can name 3 or 4 off the top of my head that accept Paypal from members for rates much lower than you'll get from people who aren't really exchangers such as myself.

I have personally dealt with Jakez, and Mr.Relax (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1199255.0) ; I can vouch for zazarb as well .

The thread I provided is Mr. Relax's exchange, and he is online now and deals very efficiently and smoothly. I have dealt in amounts similar to what you're requesting from him and you should have no problem.

Paypal is a reversible payment method and bitcoin is not a reversible payment method.
You should always use an Escrow with 90 day hold when selling for new users via paypal.

P.S. FYI, for future accounts, just because you sent feedbacks to other people doesn't mean crap. Most traders here at least leave a neutral for partners and all I see is a single feedback from a newbie.

It seems extremely fool-hardy for you to include the name of someone you scammed in with people you've done business with.

Personally I hope they open proper scam accusation threads against you so that DT can tag you for what you've done, but I wish you the best of luck regardless if your intentions are genuine.
