I would like to ask if those who live in pennsylvenia can buy bitcoin via coinbase?
If not, what is other way for them to buy bitcoin easily?

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I think you're good to work with Coinbase from PA. I couldn't find any information to the contrary.

If you decide not to use Coinbase you could look to Bitstamp or Kraken for exchanges that allow you to buy bitcoin using fiat/dollars.

Since I'm not from Pennsylvania I can't comment on whether you can use Coinbase or not, but here are some arguably better alternatives to Coinbase:

https://www.kraken.com/

However according to this page here: https://www.coinbase.com/legal/licenses Coinbase is licensed in Pennsylvania, therefore people there can use it to buy and sell Bitcoin just fine.
