I have had success with both SpectroCoin and UQUID. The only concerns I really have with these are minimal compared to other similar providers which do require identification or similar data which you might not want to provide to a fishy company. SpectroCoin in my opinion is not clear on the monthly fee and whether you actually have to pay it. They say you do but in my experience I have not had to. UQUID on the other hand is quite transparent but right now you can't get a new card or load your existing one because their contract with their card company is out now. Because of this, I see SpectroCoin as the only option at the moment, but switching isn't out of the question when/if UQUID get a new contract.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

You will not find a debit card with these limits that is available without verifying your identity.

Regulations all over the world are increasingly restrictrive, which means that most unverified card users
- irrespective of the debit card provider they use - have a lifetime (!) fund upload limit of
1000 € per card. The European Union is actually reducing this limit to 250 € in the near future!

If you want to cash out large amounts of cryptocurrencies anonymously a debit card is
not your best option. You would have a better chance of cashing out large amounts
by using P2P transfer networks like Localbitcoins.

Ah, I wrongly assumed that you actually meant only $2.00 (as in two dollars) and that you accidentally added an extra zero rather than the period being a 3-digit separator like I'm used to using the comma for. In this case, the suggestions I gave will not work for you. Neither will any crypto debit card that I have ever heard of, as this transaction volume would be significantly over what any organization would allow for an unverified account. It is simply too suspicious to give a complete anonymous stranger so much potential for money laundering in the eyes of the organizations.

Yes, I have seen that about their ICO. I'm not sure what you are getting at, however? My point about UQUID currently being unusable still stands.

No reviewx about the new :
https://www.tenx.tech/

and about bitwala : (they have transfer feature)
https://www.bitwala.com/

I am looking for a Card for ATM with low fees in EUR, but all have 2.25...
Probably no international ATM, i have others for that.
And if like bitwala, i can transfer by SEPA is wonderful.

Do you think it's more secured to take a company in Europe ?

I think k that you are more I terested in online bank accounts. Mistertango and n26 have free international ATM withdrawal and are both bitcoin friendly banks, with personal I and. Check out this relevant thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1756494.0

Most Bitcoin debit cards are issued by the same company anyway. There is no more security by the provider company being in Europe or not. Fees for Bitcoin specific debit cards are always there though. I haven't found one with free international Withdrawals.

If it's EUR card i don't need international feature, just ATM fee low....
You advice me to use online bank in EU, and use exchange transfer SEPA after. I can do that, but i will need a debit card with wallet to earn time, but it will cost many fees probably... (exchange rate and others....)

I have already N26 but they doesn't take BTC. I must use a exchange right ? like Bitstamp or others ? (I use only Bittrex for trade...)

I see Revolut (UK company) like N26 must add crypto wallet soon.

Kraken has very low SEPA fees. See: https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/201893608-What-are-the-withdrawal-fees-

Quote
EUR SEPA Withdrawal - EEA countries only (€0.09)
That's nine cents to withdraw, miniscule. EUR SEPA deposits on Kraken are also free. Exchanging bitcoin can be more cost effective than a bitcoin debit in Europe.

At this point it really depends on where you currently reside and what your specific needs you have and what verification limits you are willing to comply with. For example, Shift is pretty good if you are not looking for any privacy and just want something that works and has good reputation, while something like SpectroCoin is good if you would like to stay anonymous and don't like fees very much. Also important to note is that most card-providing vendors do not provide cards to customers that reside in the United States, at least not without significant amounts of verification. The 2 providers I listed both work in the U.S., however.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

Spectrocoin isn´t that anonymous. If you want to have a higher lifetime ATM withdrawal limit than
$1,000/€1,000/£800 you are forced to verify your identity.

However, this is a higher limit than most other debit card providers offer for unverified customers.

That's quite high. I hope that after the events with Mychoise we see some new competition because the few left serving Americans aren't doing their best to lower costs for bitcoin users.

Yes, the conversion rate is a bit on the high side but think again, this entire process is a tremendous convenience for those who need their coins converted to cash quickly and safely. From your bitcoin wallet to Cryptopay's app, then from there to the ATM. In fact, you could the entire procedure within seconds at the ATM or while queuing to pay for something. Times have never been this good and convenient for bitcoiners.

I don't mind paying the rather large margin there. Their overhead costs must be enormous. Staff, IT, cards, logistics, security etc.
