Yes taking advantage every price dip is really a great practice on when to execute your buying action. That is my practice too "depends" on the price trend why the price increase or dips.

There's no such thing as target price at least in my own trading strategy to perform both my bullish and bearish activity.

Almost 3/4 of all BTC has been mined already and will be near 90% until next halving, so the supply will be decreasing drastically over next few years and the demand steadily increasing.

Yes and anything is possible with bitcoin, no one is assured about the price at the time of halving, it will be a major panic if price falls at the time of halving.
