UPDATE
Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

You can't directly deposit fiat into a Bitcoin wallet. But you can exchange it to BTC first by using exchanges like Bitstamp, Kraken, BTC-e or localbitcoins. Blockchain.info used to offer a service to exchange BTC using phone credits.

Alternatively, Circle.com have a USD wallets which allows users to store Bitcoin in USD and hence you don't need to worry about the volatility.

Above correctly suggested that first you need to withdraw your money at any online resource. Then you can exchange fiat on the BTC and withdraw to your blockchain.info wallet.

I did not say correctly: https://blockchain.info/it/wallet (look in the footer).
It seems like the blockchain.info do an exanghe service... but i can't find it

I do not know if they (blockchain.info/wallet/) also give exchange service for now.
But you can buy BTC from USD in coinbase online wallet. (if you want to buy it directly from your local bank)

Blockchain.info doesn't offer the exchange service, they have partnered with other financial institutions that offer exchange services that will deposit to your btc address. But you have to use one of their partner services, which most likely means you have to initiate the transfer from that website or ecosystem, not from Blockchain.info.
