I have a high trust on bitcoin, indeed my trust right now is higher than gold. Gold is very weak against government control, we have seen it recently in india, and USA is on record of legislating and confiscating gold holdings. It can happen again, and only bitcoin can save your ass when that time comes.
Don't say that gold is very weak against government control because it is a fact that gold is still strong and it is still one of the most preferred business and industry by those investors. But no doubt that bitcoin is not that small and easy to be defeated by gold because this is the new modern gold of the new ages and many are attracted to it right now, because we can see that it has a good future. |

Well, until now I still believe bitcoin, but, I do not have much time to look for it at this time. but, lately I have free time, so I could come back looking for bitcoin. Well, I'm just surprised to see the price of bitcoin is very high at this time. bitcoin I hope that the price will reach $ 1,000 by year-end
nothing's impossible as we can see, the price increase is continuously approaching maybe it will not happen at the end of the but we see some changes after the year started it is almost 2017 but bitcoin still on $700 dollars so I think it will increase again in a few more couple of months let's just hope . Yes I also hope so, it is expected that the price of bitcoin will cross the 1000 USD level, before starting of 2017, but we can see that the price of bitcoin is still trading below $770 in one sense the gradual increase in the price of bitcoin is good as it will lost for a long time because bitcoin is becoming more and more mature. So, I also expect some more increase in the price of bitcoin in starting of new year. It is hard for Bitcoin to reach $1000. I expect more things will happen after the new year eve since Chinese investors may put more money into Bitcoin and mining system. We can not deny the impacts which Chinese has brought to Bitcoin. The majority of mining pool is located in China and right now, anything influences the China ecosystem, it will also affect Bitcoin. I believe Bitcoin price will drop before the New Year eve and rise significantly after it They do help to make the price increase and that will continue to happen in the future, the fact that they have proven investing in bitcoin is very profitable they will continue doing the same thing until such time more people will be coming in due to the attractive price of bitcoin. $1,000 would be easy if the price will continue to increase even slowly but constant. We could reach that price sooner or later because i could say now that we are increasing. The demand of bitcoin is increasing thats why the price is getting higher  . Well we hope that it will be constant so that we as bitcoin user could earn more and we know that price has a big impact to us because bitcoin help us in our daily needs. |

It depends what you mean by weak, if government demands the gold from the people and you don't hand it over, are then later found to have held back then that is a very weak commodity because it can be easily found. Yes it is hard to believe in bitcoin at first, but when I heard and read different testimony from my friends I begun to do research and do read more posts on the different ways on how to earn and have more bitcoins here thru forum and net. So if i were you believe it or regret it.

Which herd of sheep do we follow? You does not indicate which one to follow  Bitcoin had been booming, and there are lots of evidences that it is and will be big time. More and more companies are getting interested with bitcoin and its technology, services are now accepting bitcoin as payment and many good can be bought by bitcoin. Aside from that Bitcoin can be exchange to fiat money anytime. So, I don't see any reason why I should not believe bitcoin. |

Actually it is saying that we are believing in Bitcoin is easy when we are . making deals in small amount of money/btc . But here the matter is 10k $ So it is tedious for everyone to say that it is good and will also remain good in future . Overall my turnover in Bitcoin is a about 0.5 btc per month So about 99% I have full believe I Bitcoin . |

Actually there is no guarantee that bitcoin will keep improving itself and will stay with us for a hundred years, even the halving doesn't. It just reduces the supply so if the demand decreases so is the price also, but it has the evidences and potentials that makes a lot of people believe in it and those people are what you called risk takers . |

Exactly, someone should think himself if what he has to do with this, if he really sees and believes on the things then he should believe it and if he does not believe the things he is seeing or maybe he says we are all fools for using it until now then maybe he should not, but at the end he should decide himself. |

Things aren't anywhere near you think they are If the government demands gold from the population, I don't really think anyone is going to surrender it to them. You obviously don't take into account the mentality of the people who are holding this gold. I'd venture a guess that these are adults well over 40 years old, many of which if not most have guns on their hands. Do you really think they will not devilishly defend their gold? On the other hand, Bitcoin holders are mostly young people under 30, and the government will not have any problem scaring these suckers into obedience so that they quickly forget about Bitcoin as a nightmare |

It just reduces the supply so if the demand decreases so is the price also, but it has the evidences and potentials that makes a lot of people believe in it and those people are what you called risk takers . once the supply of bitcoin are nearly gone, people will know it is the right time to buy bitcoin as many as you can, and guess what will happened if the demand increase because this supply crisis? of course the price will skyrocketed. there is no harm to keep your faith in bitcoin , as based on several factors bitcoin will keep growing. |

Yes bitcoin is risky because is volatile as a piece of software where there is not mass adoption world wide as a medium to buy/sell goods and services. But for what reason bankers, ministers of economics of many states they speak about blockchain technology and digital coins? If bitcoin was not a serious opponent to fiat money bankers would not throw an eye and will not invest vast amounts in this technology.
