I want to invest 2 mbtc in altcoins in YOBIT.NET.
Any suggestions of what to get.
Either new alt-coins, potential profets or fallen altcoins that look that they could make ma profit.
Any suggestions on what the yield would be for these coins. Thank you, jack g.
(P.S: I bought 1000 doge when hey were at 45 satoshi and they are now at 32 satoshi in a short period of time, I was not expecting this, however, I did expect that by the same amount the price falls, it could rise!

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

If you want to burn your money on death coin go ahead!
My advice: you need an exchange with lot of traffic, dont burn your money on low traffic alt on yobit,

Where would you suggest to go or what would you suggest to do? I am certainly not even considering selling DOGE. I like the currency and it is one of the main three so i think the price is going to really increase by a lot. If I did it would lose me thousands of satoshi, 15000 sat. |

What you need to understand about trading is that it will not be profitable (unless you are insanely lucky) if you don't research the coins, markets movements etc before getting into them. If you go into them blindly or by "someone recommended on forum" it is almost as good as rolling a dice on 50% and seeing how it goes. Your best bet would be to start learning how to use charts, learn about market movements and only buy coins that are on the move up. And always remember that you do not need to ride the "whole" move, it can be better to get in a bit later (when the move is confirming) and getting out before the tip. Guaranteed smaller profits are the way to go. |

First of all I think 2 mbtc is not really a good amount to start trading, IMHO you need atleast 0.05-0.1 to make anything worth spending your time for and asking here is not really a good idea, what would happen is you'd get altcoin shills suggesting you to buy their coins. Altcoin investment is really tricky, unless you know what you're doing, you'll just end up losing it all on a stupid investment.

Actually 0.002 can be a very good starting point who is completely new to the trading scene and has no idea about what to expect. If you are just starting, testing the waters then you are bound to take a lot of losses due to lack of experience. This means that if 10 of your trades go bad, you would loose 10x0.002 = 0.02 instead of 0.05x10=0.5 or even 0.1x10=1 As you see the difference is huge. And do keep in mind he is complete newbie in this, so his sight should be on small profits, not trying to "make a living" from it yet. |

I have been playing with BTC on YoBit for a short while and it is an up and coming site. The trades are fast and the site is great. Just do not be prepared to jump in and out quick with YoBit or any other market, but to invest for the long term. You can either go with something that seems to be dropping and you think it will rebound, or you need to do some research and be able to determine what will raise and fall and when. Right? So I started this thread and have not received what I expected! Obviously I am in the minority that want to inest in alt-coins and, thus, have received only one post saying how good altcoin trading is. THE REST HAVE COMMENTED ON HOW LOW THE AMOUNT THAT I AM USING IS TOO LOW. I don't want to risk all of my BTC on altcoin exchange as it is my first time. Also, I got the doge from the free BTC giveaway to new users on the platform! |
