I don't spend them, but sometimes I get a good tip for some sports event and do some betting.
Sometimes it doesn't work out and I lose the bitcoin, so thats kind of like spending them, I guess.
You still spend because sports betting is gambling and in gambling we have no assurance whether we will win or not. I know that because I am a gambler myself. |

No I don't actively spend my coins like buying something with it when I can buy it with fiat. I will use my coins instead in trading because I am accumulating as much bitcoin as possible because I believe that time will come when it's not that easy anymore to buy one whole bitcoin because it's price is already that high. When I already have that much bitcoin that time then I will be able to make profit with it.

Agree, saving up much bitcoin would be a good thing for future investments and future profits but we cant really avoided to spend some amounts on our savings since we need to pay or use it on our bills and other expenses but we must limit our spending so that we could able to save more bitcoins. Same as yours im using my bitcoin to pay bills, load my mobile and purchasing game credits which is available on my local wallet services they offered. |

Patience is the key my friend. Also it is true that I will also buy more in case price drops. But holding it yes I will hold them off long enough so as to yield good amount of profit. Different people have different mentality, some will prefer to hold them for a long term and won't be interested in short term fluctuations and rest will prefer to take benefits from it. |

Your technique can work. You make little profits then buy bitcoins again. You will end up with more bitcoin if you do that over and over again. It is better if you set aside some coins for holding (for when price suddenly surges up), then some for trading. |

Its too long to think of halving at a moment and if your plan is to hold them till that point then I think you are taking a very big risk as we never know what price it will hold in future. |

Yeah its not good to spend bitcoin right now but if you are spending your bitcoin to increase the amount of your bitcoin its not a problem.. Saving bitcoin or holding bitcoins for a long time is one of the way for lazy people.. to live and make a profit in bitcoin.. |

Yeah its not good to spend bitcoin right now but if you are spending your bitcoin to increase the amount of your bitcoin its not a problem.. Saving bitcoin or holding bitcoins for a long time is one of the way for lazy people.. to live and make a profit in bitcoin.. It is fine to spend but do not spend actively because it is advisable that we hold our bitcoin for the benefit in the future, the price is good and increasing therefore it is just the right time to discipline ourselves and focus on investment. |
