in indonesia illegal activitys are high and even government support them, so it is not a big thing that indonesians are high in Bitcoin Industry because for illegal payments bitcoins is very best. But this will give bad effect for Bitcoin industry.

Honestly I think that it's awesome. I don't think bitcoin will take off in america. To me the place it will become mainstream is somewhere like indonesia. Time will tell though and can't wait to see the full extent of what bitcoin can do across the world.

I agree that it has a bigger opportunity in the countries where many people are poor, but once it takes of there, and more is developed, it will surely catch on in the richer parts of the world.

Asian countries and maybe south American ones will likely have major influences.

IMO fiat-btc exchange is popular in your country cause out-source job is popular in your country, so people work and earn bitcoin, and sell them into fiat.

Yes developing and 3rd world countries will be the places where Bitcoin will really take off first.
The developed countries however are the ones who mostly build the infrastructure (exchanges, wallets, merchants, markets, most fo the startups).
Latin and South America, South east Asia, parts of Eastern Europe are the places where Bitcoin will be adopted in a bigger scale first imo in terms of daily usage.
Regarding the financial, speculative aspect of Bitcoin it will be USA, China,UK, the developed countries in general to adopt Bitcoin first.
