Hmm, if nothing changed since I last looked into that, you can't. Only forum users of rank Full Member or higher can use avatars (so, you'd need to reach 120 activity points first).

However, you can use the competition signature instead, if you would like (although you don't need to do so - the personal message you've already set is enough to receive the Contribution Prize).

If yours account able to make avatar at least (Full Member).
Go to PROFILE > See on list (Modify Profile) Choose Forum Profile Information > Avatar Click on(Go Here).
Then there you go for change avatar to upload from your own computer.
