I made a withdrawal for 150Mbtc a few days ago, No contact at all, The bonus system doesn't work at all, No contact from owners from their main email or casino message service.
In 48 hours I will make a scam accusation thread, Unless I am contacted and paid.

My original address was correct, I have sent a new address.
The OP asked me to wait 4 hours before they will send my withdrawal, I sent them another PM requesting a reason for this, They did not reply.

I am posting the update here to maintain transparency, Just in case others are considering playing here.

After 4 hours have passed since last contact and I haven't been paid, I will make a scam accusation thread.

If you let me I'll share your cash out request details.

It is clearly said that with each cash out request you have to provide an address. In that field you just wrote your username.

We contacted you and you didn't answered. Then today we received your message here and asked you to answer our message on the website. After that you provided an address.

We usually proceed cash outs 3 times per day and that's why I requested you to wait about 4 hours.

We have sent your BTC. We never had such a feedback from a client. We had much higher transactions for other clients and none of them behaved like you.

I again apologize if it hurts you but I repeat again that it was your own mistake.

I needed to warn people of your actions.
Does all your customers need to go through this to get their payment?
You still owe me the bonus payment.

To talk to a customer like this just shows how unprofessional you are and all should avoid.

You are correct I apologise, I indicated that I wrote the correct address the first time, My autocomplete fill the form wrong and did write my username instead of the bitcoin address.
I Have been paid now Just waiting on the system update to get my bonus payment.

It would have went a lot smoothly if you emailed me, or your in system messages sent a email notification, or you replied to this thread. Either way you shouldn't blame a paying customer for lack of contact from your side. Yes I messed up the withdrawal request, But days without contact is no way to run a casino.

I have only been treated this badly at one other bitcoin casino and they are out of business now, The owner is trying to get BTC5 for the site for over a year now.
