how can i check exchange rates from Perfect Money USD to Visa/Mastercard USD without registration ?
do you guarantee that i will receive money in USD currency not converted to my country currency based on my credit card BIN ?

Sorry, you need to be verified in order to use Visa/MasterCard. how can i check mastercard/visa fees without registration ? for example i want to exchange 380 PM USD to Mastercard USD ? how much will i receive ? Funds are sent in USD, but it also depends on your bank account, if your account is in foreign currency funds will be converted by your bank or VISA/MC rate.
Best is to send money directly to card connected to USD account. so you guaranteed that i will receive money in USD currency if use my usd currency credit card even if my country currency is different |

Visa/MasterCard Fee and on bestchange.ru site 1.0785 so 7% ?? i want to exchange 380 PM USD to Mastercard USD could you tell me how much will i receive including all fees (your 1% fee + mastercard fee) ? Funds are sent in USD, but it also depends on your bank account, if your account is in foreign currency funds will be converted by your bank or VISA/MC rate.
