if we feel addiction gambling then we will find it very difficult to stop to play. but I would advise that we can leave gambling. we have to try new things that feels more enjoyable. if we often do the activities of the new, we will forget gambling

Well if you want to avoid the gambling addiction then you should first see it in a different manner like play in the casino just for fun not to earn money...then use that time to something more interesting like learning programming language so you can make your own casino, this way you can spend a lot of time to learn programming instead of gambling and its completely worth your time.

An addiction is already an addiction and it is a serious disease, when you are addicted you do not know what you are doing anymore so to quit it we should not gamble anymore and quit it for good, I know it's hard but doable, you have your friends and family who are willing to help you so let them.

Yes, i agree on this, if you control yourself then you able to do whatever you want. But in gambling, it is very hard to control yourself. Still, you have to do it. Then only your future will be happy. Otherwise this gambling will spoil your life.

you need to be patient collect a low profit piece by pieces stop it and continue again etc.

Yeah its a good suggestion, actually when i was single i was addicted in gambling because i dont have anyone to spend my money with and im happy when i gamble. but everything has changed after i met my partner in life. i think its one of a way to stop yourself to gamble because you have responsibilities now.

Agree, it would be still useless because  you would surely find another sites  which  you could able to gamble again. If you  banned it on your pc then  you would  really play on other  pc for sure especially when you are already  addicted into it.  Devoted to other things  not related to gambling wood  be a good way.
