Still that is depending on gambler if he still believe in God, but I can say that He really helped me for stay away with gambling for the times when I'm tempted and reducing gradually with my addiction. And also I believe, that God won't help you, if you will not help yourself and doesn't have the will to stay away from gambling, so you need to do something too. I totally and 100% agree with you mate. That was also my realization that at the end of the day, I lost all of my time with little to no profit at all or much worst more loses than winning. I would really recommend gambling just for entertainment and not as a way of your source of income because it is very risky.

Maybe this can help, find another thing where you can spend your money. For me my savings goes to an investment vehicle which is the Stock Market I didn't know watching your stock rise and fall can be addicting and profitable at the same time. At least when the stock fall you have the chance to wait if it will rise back up or cut your losses. In gambling if you lose you lose, there is no 2nd chances with your bet. In stocks there is and it can make you rich in the process.
