I think if you want to treat your addiction to gambling, and suddenly stop gambling, it is impossible to be done
such as addiction to smoking, you can not just stop

Nope it is possible to suddenly stop from gambling, you just need to find other things to do so you will not think anything about gambling. It is different with smoking, you can't suddenly stop it or you will be in complication because I had a friend that his father get this kind of thing. But any way this is just midnset that you can't stop from gambling, if you want it you can do it

Yes we can not give up anything abruptly. We need to give some time to cope up with our mind set. Reducing the time we spend with gambling gradually will give us the positive effects on staying away from the gambling.

Yes, we must do some other healthy entertaining things at the same time we spend on gambling. Spending time with family or going for trekking are the some working ideas.
But we must need some time to come out of gambling addictions completely. Sudden change will lead to more addictions.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I agree with this too.If he or she thinking of his/her family you can easily stay away on any gambling games by doing a job or focus a job.
Then you can also focus on any way like playing a games online. You will be addicted on it while staying away to gambling...

Actually there is no need to go outdoor. Just to find some things to do in your life you can stay away from gambling. Nope it is just like erza said before that you can possibly get out from gambling addiction. Suddenly change will get you in trouble for the first time but keep doing that will not harm yourselves too

By not having any money to gamble with to being with... the biggest gambling addicts I have ever seen were people that were already wealthy and well off. They get used to the adrenaline rush of testing your luck and they can't go a day without that thrill. The thing is, the more money they have, the more money they have to gamble to get that same high again. It is literally like a drug.

That's true, once you have all the money you need, some people don't know what else to do, do they take their chances since they know they got more than enough money.
I've seen this happen before as well to some people around me, they took what they had for granted and lost it all in the end.

That's why it's best to seek help, if you already know you have an addiction, you can do something about it.

You could try to keep yourself busy doing something else, like stuff around the house.

Totally agree with this. If you want to stop gambling, you have to just stop altogether. If you can't stop at x5, or even x10, when will you stop? This is what separates those who make money, and those who don't. I unfortunately appear to be one who doesn't as I am impulsive. I had to learn this the hard way unfortunately, leaving me now with just 1 bitcoin locked away in cold storage. At the time, I cashed out all of my alt's [ some of them soared afterwards too Sad ] to gamble ( I told myself I would buy them back afterwards ). Like me, you may have to stop and learn to smell the roses. Go outside, breathe some fresh air, you will recover. Just not as quickly ;]

Help is something we need for sure. Some people have proven they can't manage the temptation nor have any form of self control.
Keeping yourself busy is not sufficient for some people. They are urgently in need of extra help.

True indeed and you cannot get internet access in moments, incase you feel there is a game coming up, lets get some internet. But I have seen people who are ready to go to cafe and play in case they did so.

There are multiple lockout systems on multiple gambling sites, or you could just do something stupid like give control of your bank account to your friend, and get him to give permission whenever you want to withdraw xD

looking for a signature campaign, dm me for that

He asked almost before 3 weeks and hasn't bothered to post a reply if he really left this dirty game as it can really destroy anyone's life time by time gradually(slowly)

It sounds easy but it will be very hard to do it. Nowadays most people need to use internet in their daily life. Actually it depends on himself as long as he has a wish to stop gambling he will find the ways. Smiley

First, having no money helps not to gamble. If you have nothing to bet, what can you gamble ?  Grin
Seriously, it is all about self control. If you know when to step away even when you are winning, you will be able to have better self control of yourself. If you're the kind of person who can't control him or herself, you should preferably avoid any casinos/gambling sites and people who are associated with it.
