Yeah change all of your money into other kinds of thing that addicted as I can say it is half good and half bad. The part of good thing is you can move on to do other thing and it wont let you spend more money on gambling and the bad thing is you keep being addicted to this kind of junk and it will destroy your body from the inside. So if I want to choose between this I can't because it is the same as dying

Great strategy. Try to find something interesting to distract you from gambling. I want to add one point. You could write down your goals and ask your family or friends to supervise or warn you.

i am getting addicted to gambling.And i am loosing a lot of money.I am loosing what i can't afford to lose.its sad that when you start loosing its just busted me again and again.at last i gamble for fun but now when i am getting addicted i am loosing too much.

we all know,gambling really make us addciting,some peopla lost everything on gambling,you can check on this forum,and you will relize that many people post their suffer because gambling. i suggest you for not play gambling daily,try to play down your gambling,and if you play gambling make sure that you just deposite small amount,dont be greedy.

Even though it is not so easy but it is possible if any one decides to quit this gambling habit. For some time until one come out of this habit completely you shouldn't play any online games or even avoid using you pc for some time. Try to find outdoor activities which keeps you very active than you can quite fast come out from these online gambling habit.

Deleting all your accounts would be so painfull to do if some one is addicted is not that easy to just delete.
You need help like the family so that they would delete your accounts.

I stayed away in gambling too much when I suffered big lose and that is only around 1btc. Imagine that small amount stop me and Im start to focus at btc earning method. I dont chase the loss and recover it thru proper earning method out there. Cant just imagined how people still continue to play after a loss as its not the best way to recover the loss.

I would suggest you seek therapy once you start asking for help on how to stop gambling. There are therapy groups for gambling just like there are groups for alcoholics.

Personally I would start by not posting in this section.. Anything that might draw your attention to gambling sites or basically anything involving gambling will put you at risk.
You can also always seek professional help, but I guess that is not the answer you are looking for.

i suggest getting a new paper wallet and instead of depositing money into your gambling wallet, just throw the money onto your new paper wallet and pretend that you lost it while gambling,and a couple months later you can treat your self to a nice bonus lol.

Quiet a difficult behaviour to achieve pretending manners to stay away in gambling but yeah it really pays off. The only problem here is how to overcome that difficult behaviour as you see people itself is not interested to stay away from gambling.

Yes you're right before gambling occurs, the decision to gamble has been made. If you have an urge to gamble, stop it and  think about the consequences to your actions, tell yourself to stop thinking about gambling, and find something else to do immediately. Take a short break from gambling or find a replacement activity.
