How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ?

i am getting addicted to gambling.And i am loosing a lot of money.I am loosing what i can't afford to lose.its sad that when you start loosing its just busted me again and again.at last i gamble for fun but now when i am getting addicted i am loosing too much.

Stay away from internet?? It's the most difficult thing to do, IMO. It's much easier to stay away from gambling than to stay away from internet. There are many reasons why a person can't stay away from internet. If the addicted person is really want to get out. One should consult someone who can help him/her. He/she should have a motivation to do this.

i think the gambler addiction is not about trying to recover the losses but they are just too addicted to the excitement of gambling. And they are not able to control themselves to bet well so each time ended up losing a lot more than they can afford.

True, blocking all gambling-related website will not help, the best way to stay away from gambling is block your mind . Throw away this single word "gambling" from your mind, think for other things which will make you forget gambling.

i'm having hard time to do this also, i always made profit but because i want more profit i continue to gamble until i lose all my balance, i cant stop playing, i only stop when my balance turns 0, reading all the comment here i learned something, will try to withdraw profit from now on .
