I get your point, you can buy drugs constantly depends on how much you need to get pleasure every time you using it, so you will stop if you get satisfied, and in other side, in gambling, it totally depends on your greediness, so you won't stop until you lose everything. I think he is only identifying the difference between the two. Admittedly, both are really bad if you are addicted to it because I was once addicted to all and it really brings nothing good into my life. I am now a changed mind because of the help of my family to completely quit, but as an investor I cannot help my self to invest in gambling sites as I know how profitable it is.

I dont know if it's already been emntioned, but simple things are the best, doing excercise, sports, going out with friends or your date, etc. If you can't quit so easily, do it gradually, if you love betting, sometimes doing it with friends keeps ou more clamed if you lose, and you have support there when you are not sure about taking a break or keep going
