How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ?

There is a possibility are there to come out from Gambling If we don't have a single penny in our wallet or pocket. Yes if we don't have money to survive our life. Then how can we do gambling? Gambling addiction was really hard to manage. You may feel pushed to borrow, sell, or even steal things for gambling money. So I suggest that look to your future, track your thoughts, and take action for this problem.

Yeaaa that's why op asking for a way to stay away from gambling.
Too many bad things caused gambling as you stated above.
And the good suggestion to make it happen (stay away from gambling) are just go consult yourself to a professional gambling addiction therapist.

i am getting addicted to gambling.And i am loosing a lot of money.I am loosing what i can't afford to lose.its sad that when you start loosing its just busted me again and again.at last i gamble for fun but now when I am getting addicted I am loosing too much.

If you can't control yourself, you have to ask your family to keep all of your money,  watch you and stop you going to gambling. Then you will find no way or lose interest to gamble.

Better don't keep your money with you. Give all money to your family member, and there is a chance to stop Gambling. And also yes take help from family members they can help you. They will take care of you. And make any other habbit and addict that then only you can able to forget Gambling.

Well, if they spend their money in other business from where they get profit than they will stop gambling for sure and yeah don't keep money with you, use your money in trading,buying things, and do other business. Busy yourself in other activities, those activities from which you can get some benefit.

I asked my uncle who is good in treating such addictions, he told me that you should try to develop a less harmful addiction like smoking or such to leave this gambling addiction, once you are out of gambling addiction, choose another one to quit smoking.

I agree smoking is also a dangerous one. But using that danger for a good cause and cleaning up that danger also are possible only if we have a strong will.

Consistent gambling without making consistent money is not good, you will not last in gambling and you will not enjoy because you will lose your money in no time, we should think of that risk if we want to enjoy gambling and last in doing it.

Gambling is addictive, but you should know that it's always all about dreaming of being a millionaire. No, you can't just go there in a casino and get a million dollars from just five bucks. If you like gambling, just go there like one time a week and play with just a few bucks. That won't bankrupt you. Don't be greedy though, because that would make you loose more and more. If it would've been this easy to win money, there would have been no casinos in this world. If you want to totally get rid of the gambling life, find a hobby. Play sports, do something. Yes, That's true. I know that some gamblers are winning in gambling. But most of the time lots of people are losing in gambling. you know why? because of greediness. Well, maybe it's good you have to find another hobby. might find a girlfriend, or your wife making out together. it might make you stay away from gambling. may be very dangerous if you're so addicted to gambling, but you should try to control yourself by remembering your family. but a lot of people who gamble for fun and managed to avoid it

Not all gamblers ruin their lives some of them just want a past time with their friends or wants to meet new individuals. Not all people in the casinos wants to gamble they also just want make new things or make new experience. So I guess those people will not going to get addicted in gambling because 1st of all gambling is not their main reason why should they go there in the casinos.
