Giving up gambling is one of the most difficult things to. Getting addicted is easy Still you need to get involved in other things you love like your family and your hobbies. As you keep yourself distracted you will gradually lose the temptation.

These kind of threads simply can be use for a good advice by some other that are still addicted with gambling and at one point can be use by users that are just spamming their post for posts count or for signature campaign purpose only, we should not let any kind of users to just keep on posting shitty post rather giving advice for other users so they can suppress the urge with their addiction on gambling. 

While I agree that spammers get new thread to spam at, but for a moment spare a thought for those who are actually addicted and want to quit ? They might get some real help from here and I think if even 10 people quit gambling reading this thread then that's a win situation.

Well yes I am also keeping that in mind that indeed this kind of thread are helpful for addicted players the only thing I am not fond about here are the spamming users that keeps on posting nonsense and out of topic post, well we should try to organize our post and see if the posting we are doing are appropriate for the topic before giving somebody an advice!

Find other hobbies or distract about gambling is the most pleasant thing to do, because it can provide enlightenment or forget all there is in gambling. However I think that this way is less kind to those who still have faith that hasn't been strong so that they can be swayed by the waves

If you can understand that you are going wrong in gambling and are unable to get money from there and just losing then , you should also be good in planning, so try to make a planner for your games and make a continuous drop in the budget for gambling with that one day will come when will lose only that amount which you will be able to afford to lose.

Chasing loses is not a good idea and definitely not a good move. Although this is easier said than done  because from time to time, there are still even veteran gamblers who are guilty of chasing their loses. However, most or majority of the gamblers that chases loses are the one that has no system and are just betting randomly.

Chasing loses is not a good idea and definitely not a good move. Although this is easier said than done  because from time to time, there are still even veteran gamblers who are guilty of chasing their loses. However, most or majority of the gamblers that chases loses are the one that has no system and are just betting randomly.

Chasing your loses is a recipe for disaster, it is the method use for desperate gambler who does not want to accept their loses and continue to chase even if it already accumulated to a big amount of money being at risk, this method is not good in gambling and it will always end up to losing.

Stopping gambling is hard to do but if you really fearless to stop it is able to do . Self ruling you just stop early influence on gambling especially if you can stop yourself from gambling . But if you keep it restores back again especially addicted to gambling and it is hard to avoid to gamble. So do something get busy in another way like trading.

if our friends can also get addicted in gambling then we choose wrong friends to ask for advice or suggestion  so better we really find the right friends to stay with us, give a good advice to quit gambling, or offering us a job to stay away from gambling. yes we need new activities to get focus from what we want and to quit from gambling.

Sometimes experts can't help you and you have to help yourself, there is no other way to do it but to do it yourself, otherwise you never make a real change. You cant depend from external input, it has to come from within to make a real permanent change.

The desire should first come from the addicted person. Without it, no one can force change. But if the person really desire to get away from gambling, friends, family and professionals can make a big difference if they help that person. It is hard to change if you just do it yourself, but with help of people around you, it will be a lot easier.
