Bter and the case of no responses

I recently gave Bter a chance with some trades; coins go in but nothing comes out.

Does anyone know the Bter admins and can either;
1. put me in touch with them as they are not responding to tickets, support requests, email, facebook or twitter
2. get Bter to sync their AsiaCoin (AC) wallet

My coins have been stuck in their system awaiting withdrawal for over a month now...

This was reported by someone last month too https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1215679.0 and a lot of others reported that they had their withdrawal stuck and therefore I guess it is safe to assume that the exchange is a scam and your coins a lost forever. They were apparently hacked in beginning of the year : www.coindesk.com/bter-bitcoin-stolen-cold-wallet-hack/ (although I think it was only a made up story and they did it themselves) and after that they restarted the exchange but I never understood why people started to trust them again.

Why in the world would you give a BTER any chance OP? Haven't you done any research before you sent your coins to the exchange? They were once a very decent exchange, but then they got greedy and they have started organizing scammy IPOs and they ended their decent exchange when they have allegedly got hacked for 7170 BTCs. Of course, everybody know that this was an inside job!

So try to get your coins out of this exchange and never again deposit anything to their accounts!
