I usually go for a piss first and then I wash my face and start breakfast. ^joke^ On a more serious note, I used to do that too, but I moved on from that obsession. I only check the price, when I visit the news sites and they have a price ticker or I use Preev.com 

Resist the urge, you will go crazy and start to wake up at night to check it too.

as a bitcoin,i think we all have experience like that,sleep late and wake up late too,and when woke up,get the smartphone or computer to see how about bitcoin rate..a mounth ago is the best experience maybe,we all stay wake up on bitcoin chart,we never forget how can bitcoin price just like wavy way,one day up,and one day later up again,but on a week,it going down again..its really suck,but we all happy i think

It's honestly the first thing I check when I get up and even sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night.  I have to stop making it my habit also but it is pretty hard not to when the price jumps up $100-200 in a day.

After few months on bitcointalk I'm used to check the rates of btc every now and then.Since I also invest and trade bitcoins for cash I have to do that.Surprisingly two time in a day the prices shuffle and usually in the night comes back to its original price what I have seen in the morning.

At least 5x a day. Not only BTC price but also prices of other coins in my portfolio. If I had a nicked every time I did that, I d be a rich man by now.

Preev.com is the first few sites I will open whenever I log into my computer. Other than that, I also have Bitcoin Checker application on my Android Phone. With just a slide on my screen I can easily see the latest Bitcoin price at OKCoin rate. I am using my phone almost ever hour. Yes, this also mean I am following Bitcoin rate every hour. Sometime every few minutes (like when the 250 to 300 to 400 bubble recently).

Haha I had to delete my btc and ltc widget it was just to easy to keep refreshing every few minutes which would drive me insane.

Virtually I do calculate every one hour from my faucet claiming. Yes, freebitco.in is the faucet, it's reward satoshi keeps on chancing according to current bitcoin price. It means I do follow bitcoin price always.

Yeah....That hasn't really happened in the near past. But yeah, I am trying to get rid of this habit of looking at the Bitcoin price every morning when I wake up. I am a bit too addicted to Bitcoin. Like every morning I wake up, I reach over to my bedside table and grab my phone then I sit there, staring at the price of Bitcoin.

I work and stay to many time in front of a computer. At work and at home. About 7-8 hours. Some days even more. Whenever and everywhere I am I hold open a specific internet website named "preev.com". Do somebody know what it is? Have no meaning do this because can become a mania but for the moment I have not create any mania but only "addiction". Give a look to this page time after time and sometimes feel happy and sometime feel sorry. But must of times the last times had no "feelings". Except the last two weeks.

Depends on the market.

If there's a nice, clear and steady (but not yet bubbly) trend going on (in either direction) while I'm in the right position, I will check price in the morning, perhaps perform a bit of voodoo magic TA in the afternoon, to see if my assumptions "clear, steady, not yet bubbly" are in fact correct, and then probably another time before going to sleep.

If on the other hand the market is doing its thing, say, like Nov 1 to 4, well... I have to force myself not to look at the numbers, and work on other things instead :/

I have a Bitcoin price widget on my Android home screen that updates every minute, that way at least I don't waste my time by entering the site to check the price!

This is kind of normal for many of us I believe.Usually in the morning the first thing I do beside preparing my coffee is checking the price on the biggest exchanges. This has become some kind of routine and addiction.
