Why is gambling so addicting?

I think gambling is so addicted because of  money as people sometimes got lucky and earn money without any work.So our mind thinks its the easy way to earn money.But sometimes when our luck goes down we keep losing.Then we fall in to a hard situation where we need to recover our losses and keep gambling more.And when we keep winning our mind got greedy and we keep play.That's what i think the main reason for gambling also the fun.

In short we got addicted with gambling because of money and fun.

Yes, getting fake belief on gambling is the main cause of gambling addictions.

I think it mostly depends on the person, anything can be addictive really even meaningless things can get a person addicted, food/desserts or drinks/soda many people are addicted to that on a daily basis.
