I think because of money the gambling is so addicting. Yes everyone one loves money, if it is coming easily without any risk means all people will try once. But in gambling making money is very tough. In the beginning, we just start to play. End of the day we lose our money, and we play again to get our lose back. This will repeat every day.  Like this people will addict to this gambling.

People actually get addicted of gambling when they win something at first, later on for trying to win more they lose even a lot but still they don't stop because they got the taste of greed after winning at first.
