Gambling is an addiction because we do it being overjoyed and when losing, we do it with sorrow, mixed emotions tbh. Thats the biggest problem there how emotions ruin our thinking and sometimes to think that we can bring back the money we lose which is wrong and whatever we do we cant unless we hit the jackpot then after that dont play gambling again impossible and posible things may happen it only depends how we handle it. It's addicting because of the constant hype you got when you think about winning money. It's a huge hype but most of the time it turns into a simple dream. When you lose, you just want to take back your money. You take back your money and then you want profit. You lose and everything starts over.

The progress of quitting gambling definitely needs support from our family members otherwise no gamblers will be successful with his efforts of quitting gambling. In my experience, I have not seen no gambler was able to quit gambling 100%. That must be a very much dangerouness of gambling addictions. The addicted gamblers are explaining like when they want to quit gambling they are into more hours of gambling. Learn to control yourself first and know your boundaries/limits which helps you somehow avoid getting very addictive into gambling. Be a smart player and have a plan ahead would also help especially for some gamblers who doesn't accept being a loser.
