There are infinite advantages, but very few advantages for sane people.

The sane advantages are:
 - An extremely high entertainment factor
... And that's pretty much it.

If you're one of those insane people:
 - You can pay back a loan
 - Use the winnings to buy something
 - Etc

The insane advantages also have a huge risk factor to them, so only Gamble for fun, not profit. Winning is a side thing.

if you're relying on gambling to repay loans, its more than a bit possible that the person took out a loan to gamble, and likely way past being just a simple addict. there really isnt much to benefit from gambling, other than the possibility of profit and the few seconds of fun it might bring. if anything, gamble with small amounts when you can afford to, and know how much of a downward spiral gambling becomes so you dont fall into it later in your life.

You are right but when it comes to PrimeDice or some other similar games it is not about greed but rather hope for finally reaching the minimum payout threshold which can only be achieved (in my experience) when you deposit some funds around that threshold - never could reach it using free satoshis provided by PD - I was close but all in all ended with nothing - just a waste of time... It is rather not the player to gain profit but the house... and what one wins at times - even large amounts - is just dust compared to profits of the house...

It is not just my bad experience - I really enjoyed playing PrimeDice and I still play it from time to time but do not expect anything unreal. I just mean that winning is extremely difficult so it's better not to gamble OR - as you pointed - gamble responsively (rather hard to achieve )

Most people knows that they can't win money from gamble but still they try very hard to win until they lose all there money that it very bad part in gambling. I don't see any advantages from gambling except some one using gambling for fun then it can be very entertaining to pass some free time and if one is lucky during this fun time they can win big money as well.

Yes these advantages comes freely when you are addicted to gambling, as you loose it teaches you that not to waste your money in gambling as you would win one time and loose at different times, so overall you are making losses out of it, I don't think there are any advantages for gambling, gamble in just once in a blue moon with a small amount just to have fun so even if you loose it won't affect you much.

Advantages can be things like learning math and odds better.  Also can be a way to socialize even online people use the chat and share common interests.

Just two things, as far as I am aware of.

One, you could learn some money management lessons. Making mistakes now would save you from screwing up your life at a later stage, provided you are not entirely stupid.
Two, you find a fun way to waste your time.

I woulnd't call gambling ''high quality entertainment'' Not many people play gambling games for pure entertainment. 90% of people look to win money and not to have fun when they are gambling otherwise no one would be gambling on boring games like dice or roulette and they are boring, real roulettes are super boring unless you are risking money.

there are some few advantages but the biggest advantage goes to the casino owner who earns a lot of money from people very easily. I would call that stealing but I wont. The other advantage is that you can luckily become a millionaire in a minute but the chances are very low.

These are the dreams of every gambler but in the reality most of the lose lot of money and low quality life at the end of gambling. I don't think any advantages from gambling if you use it as a money making instrument unless you use it just for fun then that will an advantage.
