I'm gonna link my web card to my paypal account. So I need to know that does the webcard has the same security or less security than the credit card. Can I still file a dispute while having a web card linked to my pp account.
P.S. :- I'm about to buy btc through paypal.

Don't know what a webcard is. Buying BTC through paypal is fine - if you don't receive the item, you get your money back. Selling BTC is where it gets dicey since BTC transactions are irreversible, unlike PayPal, ACH, Credit Card trx.
