IIRC escrow can offer service but if transaction is reversed, its none of escrow's fault. At any rate, most escrows don't deal with reversible payment methods as it may harm their own rep. And skrill is reversible.

Skrill will shut your account if you do fraudulent activities....   My skrill account is over 4 years old, been using it for my trading and gambling activities....
