The hourly wheel keeps resetting before I get a chance to spin it. The small wheel is working fine. Have experienced this on more then one occasion.
If you see garbage posts (off-topic, trolling, spam, no point, etc.), use the "report to moderator" links. All reports are investigated, though you will rarely be contacted about your reports.

Not happened to me before, try cleaning your cache and maybe cookies, be sure you have all your passwords backed up just in case.

Use Ccleaner to do this https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
And its gone.
