Hey guys,

I recently used satoshibox.com again (used it before, it was all fine) or selling a PHP-project and it was payed with 13 BTC.
Now, about 28 hours later I didn't received any money and it seems to be stucking on a wallet:

https://blockchain.info/tx/5bc731ffdba398fe7ab741feba69cbf8fa30b06c15181c620b877e5669789ab6
https://blockchain.info/de/address/1N12UzyauEeF3L6KBGYcoFmSLECa4PWWrK

Is this case normal (bcause of the sum; and the so I think used blockchain API) ?
I contacted the owner of the service 3 times, didnt get any answer..

What do you mean that it is stuck? The transaction has already been confirmed.

I'm thinking that the OP panicked a bit too early; looks like the address he posted has received 13BTC; unless that was a different transaction.

SatoshiBox seems to have a decent reputation, so I'm not sure why you're experiencing problems with them. The only times they get negative reviews is if the sellers themselves are selling something illegal, scammed the buyer, etc.

My wallet is:
1Ph3AuigLefibXWS4cd8qtjgQHPfrA9bj5

The transaction link from satoshibox seller menu is:
https://blockchain.info/tx/5bc731ffdba398fe7ab741feba69cbf8fa30b06c15181c620b877e5669789ab6

I sold it for 13 bitcoins so it have to be the:
https://blockchain.info/de/address/1N12UzyauEeF3L6KBGYcoFmSLECa4PWWrK

But this isn't the wallet I entered. The wallet I entered here:
http://abload.de/img/1zkrkr.png
is still empty!

Do you understand?

What wallet are you using? If you're using an obscure web wallet you may be hooped. Satoshi's Bitcoin core is the most trusted. In addition Bitcoin-Qt requires all blocks to download before it becomes visible. I would not worry though, Bitcoins do take time to show up.

Signatures? How about learning a skill... I don't care either way. Everybody has to make a living somehow.

I found something:

It seems that satoshibox.com generate a kind of "exchange"-link for every file.
I tested it by creating a new file and entered a wallet:

The pay-address was different from the one I entered.
So I went back and checked the payment address from my file (13 BTC) and it was the same address than the address where currently my bitcoins are!

So what could be the reason that I'm not receiving my bitcoins? Could it be a blockchain problem? Is satoshibox.com using the blockchain.info API or other API's for exchange?
The amount is 13 bitcoins, sent at 18.11.2015 14:30 is this normal for this kind of value?

I really don't know what todo (contacted support, they asked for details, I gave them, since that no answers anymore)

I think the problem is not with the wallet. Since the transaction is already confirmed.

Maybe you put the wrong address on the payment form, or the problem is with satoshibox itself.

Give it a little more time for their support to solve your problem.

Yes, every payment has its unique address. SatoshiBox doesn't use any external api to be safe as possible.

I know that its almost year old post, but i want ensure everyone that SatoshiBox is not scam. There was payment problems earlier, but new version solves all payment problems automaticaly - especialy these large payments or even invalid payments which are problematic to support.

Anyway your payment was sent 2 days after initial payment https://blockchain.info/tx/edbcf6a1dbdd5fbb25d352d4753446186290d61f005ef35ec73603339dbaf50b

If you ever read the "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy", you will be familiar with the phrase "Don't panic." Smiley It is very advisable in any cryptocoin bussines.
